Located on the
Beautiful Herrington Lake, Royalty’s offers a full service marina with covered slips for runabouts, cruisers and
pontoon boats, and open slips for houseboats. Cottages are available for rent on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Eight
cozy efficiency rooms are rented on a yearly basis. Pump-out services are available for Houseboats, Cruisers and Float
houses.
Personal and friendly service is always found at the Dock store which includes a launching ramp,
a complete line of live and artificial baits, gasoline, sandwiches, snacks, soft drinks, overnight mooring, and more. Conveniently,
located 3 miles from Burgin, 7 miles from Shaker Village, 4 miles from Dix Dam and 27 miles from Lexington, Kentucky, Royalty’s
is in the heart of BLUEGRASS COUNTRY.
RENTAL HOUSE Fully furnished Lake Front house
with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, full kitchen with all appliances, laundry with washer and dryer, AC, cable TV, and a porch overlooking
the lake and marina. This house is rented on a weekly and monthly basis.

ROYALTY’S supplies sheets, towels, paper products, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid.
RENTAL POLICIES
Renter must be a responsible adult (18 or older). Cabins are to be left
in clean condition with no damages. Pets are allowed on a leash and pet owners are responsible for pet’s behavior and
clean-up. Check-in is 3 PM and Check-out time is noon. Deposit is one night of rental plus taxes (non-refundable for
cancellations). Two night minimum from Memorial Weekend thru Labor Day weekend.

or mail. Confirmation is provided
upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Weekend rental is on a 2 day minimum. Holiday weekend rates are for 3
nights minimum.

All prices are subject to 6% sales tax, a 3% Mercer County Room Tax and a 1% State Tourism tax.

float houses moored at Royalty's is required to provide the dock owners a certificate of liability insurance showing
at least $250,000 coverage.
